A3 Academy — Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern use of the A3 Academy family portal (A3 CORE: portal.a3academy.org) and related communications, operated by A3 Academy. By using the portal or enrolling in A3 programs, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Portal accounts are issued to parents/guardians of enrolled players and to A3 staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared outside your family. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
3. Portal Content
The portal provides schedules, player development records, academic tracking, announcements, videos, and related academy information. This content is provided for your family's personal, non-commercial use. Information in the portal may be updated or corrected by A3 staff at any time.
4. Text Message (SMS) Program
A3 Academy offers account and schedule notification text messages to enrolled families ("A3 Academy Notifications"). By providing your mobile number and enrolling, you consent to receive transactional messages including schedule notifications, schedule changes, and team announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help or contact matt@a3trojans.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of enrollment; notification preferences can also be managed in portal settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to access other families' information, interfere with portal operation, probe or circumvent security controls, or use portal content or media outside your family's personal use without A3's permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The portal, its design, and A3 Academy branding are the property of A3 Academy. Player photos and videos are provided for family viewing; commercial use requires written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The portal and communications are provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and timely, A3 does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content, and schedule information may change. Text message delivery depends on carrier networks beyond our control — families remain responsible for confirming time-sensitive details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from portal use or communication delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
9. Changes; Governing Law
We may update these terms by posting the revised version here. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
